COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) Property Development Limited (named as “Property Company”) is one of the centralized management companies of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong). Its core businesses are property leasing, real estate operation and management specializing in developing the estate of office building, residence, small-sized commercial hotel together with support services related to travel services. Property Company managed and leased properties including COSCO Tower, Kowloon Commerce Centre, Sunshine Plaza in Wan Chai as well as the commercial-residential properties of Wing Fung Building, Yick Fung Garden and Kwong Fung Terrace in the Central and Western District in Hong Kong.
Apart from the above-mentioned business, Property Company also manages COSCO International Travel (HK) Co., Ltd. and Cosco Inn Co., Limited.
COSCO International Travel (HK) Co., Ltd. is the member of Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (TIC), the Hong Kong Association of travel agents (HATA), the Hong Kong Association of China Travel Organizers Limited (HACTO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the China Air Transport Association. Its core business scope includes global air ticket agency services, hotel reservations, car hire, agent services for bus and ferry ticket purchases, business visits, conventions and exhibitions, study tours and training programs, leisure travel and student holiday packages, reward tour reception services for corporate staff and visa application assistance. The company also provides specialized services for shipping companies and crew management companies, including international seafarer air tickets to and from destinations worldwide, as well as transit reception services in Hong Kong and Macao, and assists COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) in organizing training tours, etc.
Hong Kong Cosco Inn Co., Limited (named as “Cosco Inn”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong). The principal business includes the operation and management of serviced apartments (youth apartments, business apartments), as well as the leasing and management services of shops and parking lots.
COSCO Inn was formerly known as “Hong Kong COSCO Hotel Management Co., Ltd.” and was incorporated in Hong Kong on 5 December 1996. It was renamed Hong Kong COSCO Hotel Co., Ltd. in 2020 and began business transformation and expansion in 2022. It now focuses on the development of serviced apartments and is committed to providing high-quality accommodation and supporting services for the students from the Mainland China.
The youth apartments of COSCO enjoys a prime location, just a one-minute walk from the University of Hong Kong MTR Station. The youth apartments were managed by a professional operations team which aims to provide an ideal living environment by prioritizing safety, comfort and community facilities with all-round living support.
COSCO Jinjiang Development Co. Ltd. Quanzhou was established on 25 November 1993 and was put into use in December 1998. It has been awarded the title of "Guangdong Province Property Management Demonstration Building".
