It is mainly engaged in the industrial investment, property asset management, car rental and auto services, etc..
The industrial investment business is based on the positioning and development plan of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong), giving full play to its role as an investment management platform in the Mainland China, focusing on areas and directions such as green and low-carbon, digital intelligent shipping services, and logistics supply chain infrastructure investment, and carrying out industrial investment business with the main principles of serving and empowering the main business.
The property asset management business mainly includes the operation and management of commercial office buildings, high-end property services, etc.. The assets and businesses across core areas such as Beijing Sanyuanqiao Yansha Business District, Wangfujing Business District, and Financial Street Business District.
The car rental and auto service business is mainly carried out by COSCO-DCH (Beijing) Motor Services Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Beijing COSCO SHIPPING Investment Co., Ltd. and DCH Trading Group Automotive Service Center Co., Ltd. (a company under the CITIC Group).
