On February 27, Qian Weizhong, Chairperson of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong), led a delegation to visit Fujian Guohang Ocean Shipping and held discussions with Wang Yanping, Chairperson and President of the company.

During the meeting, Wang Yanping first introduced the development overview, business layout, and strategic planning of Fujian Guohang. He highlighted the company's core competitive advantages in the dry bulk cargo transportation sector, the progress made in the green and low-carbon transformation of its fleet, as well as the positive results achieved in recent years in expanding international routes and optimising cargo mix structures. He also expressed a strong willingness to further deepen comprehensive and multi-level cooperation with COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong).

Qian Weizhong reviewed the cooperation achievements since the two parties signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement, introduced the recent development trends and future business layout of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong), and shared the company's practical experiences and periodic achievements in focusing on the digital intelligence and green low-carbon tracks to cultivate new quality productive forces in ship servicing.

The two sides agreed that COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong)'s ability to integrate resources across the entire shipping services industry chain is highly complementary to Fujian Guohang 's operational advantages in dry bulk cargo transportation. In the future, they should further deepen their complementary advantages, focus on key areas such as green low-carbon, digital intelligence, and low-altitude maritime services to further expand cooperation space, and jointly achieve higher-quality mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

The meeting was also attended by Xu Niwei, Executive Vice President of Fujian Guohang Ocean Shipping; Zhu Hongbing, Vice President and General Manager of the Shipping Management Department; Zhou Jinping, Chief Advisor; along with relevant personnels of the Ship Management Company, Material Supply Department, and Science and Technology Innovation Department, attended the meeting.
