On September 28, Qian Weizhong, Chairperson of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong), and his delegation visited SPIC Green Energy Co., Ltd. ("SPIC Green Energy") and held a discussion with Yang Yufeng, Chairperson of the company, and He Lu, General Manager. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on deepening practical cooperation and building a solid and high-quality investment platform.

Yang Yufeng stated that SPIC Green Energy is accelerating the development of the green hydrogen-based energy industry. Through the joint efforts of both sides, Shanghai JOYFuel Green Energy Co., Ltd. has become an industry model of strong alliance among central enterprises and a market leader of green and low-carbon transformation and development, effectively promoting the high-quality construction of the "HYGLOBAL Lishu Green Methanol" project. The relevant work has received high attention from the Jilin Provincial Party Committee, the provincial government, and the industry. He expressed the hope that both sides will adhere to the cooperation philosophy of mutual trust, mutual benefit, and mutual complementarity, deepen high-level mutual visits and consultations, and continuously expand cooperation in various fields.

Qian Weizhong expressed appreciation for the development achievements of SPIC Green Energy in the green hydrogen-based energy industry. He pointed out that both sides, as central enterprises at the energy end and the shipping end respectively, have always maintained close communication and effectively ensured efficient coordination between the investment platform and key projects. As for the next step, he hoped that both sides will jointly promote the high-quality construction of the " HYGLOBAL Lishu Green Methanol" project and strive to build an industry benchmark; accelerate the establishment of a full industrial chain system covering production, storage, transportation, and bunkering; transform cooperation advantages into industrial competitive advantages; continuously expand cooperation; and support the low-carbon transformation of the shipping industry.

On September 29, the directors of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) conducted an on-site inspection of the "HYGLOBAL Da'an Green Ammonia" demonstration project to gain a thorough understanding of the project's construction and operation.
