Recently, COSCO Shipping International (Hong Kong) Limited was awarded the "Talent Enterprise" title for the first time in the 2025/26 ERB Talent Enterprise Recognition Scheme organised by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB).

The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) is a statutory body of Hong Kong dedicated to providing skills training and employment support for eligible employees in Hong Kong. Launched by ERB in 2009, the ERB Talent Enterprise Recognition Scheme recognises organisations with outstanding performance in talent training and development. It also promotes corporate culture and philosophies of talent nurturing, with a view to enhancing the overall quality of human resources in Hong Kong.
