On March 3, COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) / COSCO SHIPPING (Hainan) and CTS International Logistics signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Hong Kong. Qian Weizhong, Chairperson of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong), Zhu Changyu, President, and Chen Yu, General Manager of CTS International Logistics, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing. Lin Jian, Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong), and Hu Zhibo, Assistant to General Manager of CTS International Logistics, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective parties.

This collaboration focuses on closely aligning with the development strategy of the Hainan Free Trade Port construction. By fully leveraging the policy dividends of Hainan's independent customs operation and utilising the regional and locational advantages of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) / COSCO SHIPPING (Hainan), as well as the comprehensive and diversified strengths of CTS International Logistics in the logistics sector, both parties aim to jointly contribute to the advancement of the Hainan Free Trade Port construction.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Guo Chun, member of the Air Transport Centre and General Manager of the Asia-Pacific Region at CTS International Logistics, as well as General Manager of CTS International Logistics (HK); Shen Fan, Business Director of the Overseas Development Centre; and relevant personnels of the Operations Management Division at COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong).
