On May 27, a delegation led by Mr. Qian Weizhong, Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong), and Mr. Zhu Changyu, President, visited China Telecom Global (CTG) and held discussions with Mr. Yin Jin, General Manager of CTG.

Mr. Yin Jin extended a warm welcome to Mr. Qian Weizhong and his delegation, introducing CTG’s business development and unique strengths. He stated that in recent years, CTG has leveraged its robust global network resources to provide customers with comprehensive, one-stop digital solutions worldwide. He expressed hope for a close partnership between the two parties, emphasizing that CTG will fully utilize its technological advantages to address the operational needs of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) by delivering diversified digital information and smart technology service solutions, supporting the company’s high-quality development.

Mr. Qian Weizhong provided an overview of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong)’s history, business layout, and key projects. He noted that the company is currently focusing on digital intelligence and green, low-carbon initiatives, continuously strengthening its technological innovation capabilities, and driving digital transformation. He expressed hope for further communication and collaboration between the two parties, exploring opportunities in digital ship services, smart manufacturing, scientific research and innovation, and safe operations. The goal is to deepen the integration of information technology and shipping services, unleash new momentum in digital and intelligent development, and jointly create a new chapter of high-quality growth.

Also attending the meeting were Mr. Li Kang and Mr. Wu Xiaolei, Deputy General Managers of CTG, along with heads of the Integrated Management Department and Hong Kong Business Division.
