On December 15th, Mr. Xu Yaohua and Mr. Jiang Xiaoming, the Independent Directors of COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd inspected the factory of COSCO Kansai in Jinshan Shanghai accompanied by Mr. Zhu Jianhui, the President and Managing Director of COSCO SHIPPING International and Mr. Liu Gang, the Chairman of COSCO Kansai. Mr. Ren Yongqing, General Manager of COSCO Kansai and Mr. Wang Juren, Vice General Manager of COSCO Kansai accompanied the inspection.

The Directors inspected the Jinshan factory in the rain. In the PLC production control room, Mr. Ni Chunrong, the factory superintendent introduced the detailed process of coating production from batching, feeding, blending, and coloring to packaging, and the working procedures and characteristics of PLC control. In the quality control laboratory, the Directors listened to Mr. Wang Yi, quality control department manager, introducing the contents and significance of quality control, and watched the actual operation of specific gravity. At the workshop, the Directors made comprehensive evaluation of r production equipment, employee protection, environmental protection and control, as well as studied about the exhaust gas treatment RTO system.

The Directors agreed that the inspection provided a closer look and better understanding of the production, operation and products R&D of COSCO Kansai, a also laid a better foundation for the Board of Directors to perform their duties and make scientific decisions.
