On 31st July, in the Board meeting of COSCO SHIPPING Hong Kong, Mr. Ji Haidong, the Vice Deputy Minister of Organization Department/ Deputy General Manager of Human Resources Headquarters, announced the appointment of Mr. Ma Jianhua as the Vice President of COSCO SHIPPING Hong Kong. Mr. Sun Jiakang, the Vice Managing Director and Vice Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group of COSCO SHIPPING Group attended the meeting and gave his speech, whileMr. Zhu Jianhui, President of COSCO SHIPPING Hong Kong hosted the meeting. In the meeting, Mr. Ma Jianhua and Mr. Zhu Jianhui have delivered their speeches.

Mr. Sun Jiakang expressed his appreciation of the achievements by COSCO SHIPPING Hong Kong in the areas including operations, production, economic returns, restructuring, safety and social responsibility, and he believed the Company’s development has maintained good momentum. He explained that, the purpose of adding new members to the management is to further strengthen the team’s overall capabilities and promote revitalization in overseas company, which is a decision with thorough considerations.

Mr. Sun Jiakang also made instructions to COSCO SHIPPING Hong Kong, suggested that the Company strive for further success on its operation and revitalization.
