With approval, Mr. Zhu Jianhui has been appointed as the chairman of the Board of COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Yuhang was stepping down as executive director and member of the Board of the Company. And also Mr. Zhu Jianhui has been re-designated to chairman of the Board of COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. Mr. Wang Yuhang has resigned as executive director and chairman of the Board of the COSCO SHIPPING International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.
