On November 8, COSCO SHIPPING received several awards at the “Together We Set Sail” Award Presentation Ceremony held by Maritime Department of the HKSAR in recognition of its outstanding performance in the pursuit of high quality Hong Kong-registered ships over the past year. Mr. Qian Weizhong, president of COSCO Shipping (Hong Kong) Co., Limited received the awards on behalf of China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited.

China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited received the award for the company with the highest GT on the HKSR in 2021, the company which placed the most GT on the HKSR in 2021, and the 25th anniversary award for long-standing quality partnership with HKSR.

COSCO Shipping Bulk Co., Ltd., Orient Overseas Container Line Ltd. and Shanghai Ocean Shipping Co., Ltd. received the award for outstanding performance in PSC for the year of 2021.
