On 19th July, Qilu Expressway is successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 01576.HK). Qilu Expressway became the first overseas listed company in the highway section of Shandong Province. President Mr. Zhu Jianhui, Vice President Mr. Liu Xianghao, Mr. Zhou Liliang of COSCO SHIPPING Hong Kong attended the listing ceremony.

The offer price of Qilu Expressway is HK$2.50 per share. The company estimates that the net proceeds from the global offering of H shares will be approximately HK$1.17 billion. The proceeds are mainly used for the acquisition of operating toll roads, bridges and related infrastructure projects.

Qilu Expressway is an associate company of COSCO SHIPPING Hong Kong. It is a highway operator in Shandong Province. It owns concession for the construction, maintenance, operation and management of the Ji-He Expressway within the concession period, having more than a decade experience in the industry.

Li Gang, Chairman of Qilu Expressway, confirmed the listing as an important milestone and the company will put its eyes on high quality road assets for expansion of its business, and continue deepening the application of information technologies for better efficiency and higher profitability.
