The board of directors (the “Board”) of COSCO International Holdings Limited (“COSCO International” or the “Company”) announced that Mr. Zhang Liang and Mr. Wu Shuxiong had resigned as executive director and vice chairman of the Board of the Company and non-executive director of the Company respectively due to their retirement, and Mr. Feng Jinhua had resigned as executive director of the Company due to change of work designation.. On the same day, Mr. Zhu Jianhui was appointed as Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Board, with effect from 16th August 2016.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Zhang Liang, Mr. Wu Shuxiong and Mr. Feng Jinhua for their valuable contributions to the Company during their services and welcome Mr. Zhu Jianhui to join the Board.

Mr. Zhu Jianhui, aged 53, is director and president of COSCO (Hong Kong) Group Limited and director of two subsidiaries of the Company. He had been the manager of China Ocean Shipping Agency, Nantong (Penavico Nantong), the deputy general manager of China Ocean Shipping Agency (Shanghai), the deputy general manager of China Ocean Shipping Agency head office, the deputy general manager of COSCO Logistics Co., Ltd., the general manager of China Ocean Shipping Tally Company and the general manager of Dalian Ocean Shipping Company. Mr. Zhu is a senior economist and possesses extensive professional knowledge in ocean shipping and logistics management and also has rich experience in corporate operation and management. The Board believes that the addition of Vice Chairman Zhu will bring more new impetus for the leap development of COSCO International.
